Job Summary



We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agents to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by helping them understand their insurance options and guiding them through the purchasing process. This role requires strong communication skills, a knack for sales, and the ability to analyze client needs to recommend suitable insurance products.


Duties


  • Engage in telemarketing activities contacting clients and to expand the client base.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Administer benefits information and assist clients in understanding their coverage options.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in HIPAA compliance to provide up-to-date information to clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up communications.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.


Qualifications and What Will Be Trained


  • Average to above-average communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse client backgrounds.
  • Proficient in analyzing client needs and recommending suitable products based on their requirements.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration processes is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided as necessary.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development within the insurance field.
