🚀 THE MISSION
AGC Marketing Inc. is an African American-owned, USMC Veteran-led S-Corp pivoting into large-scale government contracting across 10 states. We don’t just "apply" for things; we hunt for capital. We are looking for one relentless Funding Hunter to join our front lines and secure the fuel for our Q1-Q2 expansion.
💰 THE PAY: UNCAPPED UPSIDE
- Guaranteed Base: $660/mo (Part-time, 20 hrs/week).
- Performance Commission: You earn 1.0% to 1.5% of every dollar landed.
- Sign-on Bonus: $500 awarded upon your first successful submission.

🎯 THE HUNT (4-Hour Power Shift)
You will execute a high-speed, 4-hour "blitz" daily:
- 09:00 AM – Federal: Raid Grants.gov and SAM.gov.
- 10:00 AM – Local: Hit TxSmartBuy and DFW municipal portals.
- 11:00 AM – Lenders: Blast SBA 7(a) and TSBCI lender apps.
- 12:00 PM – Close Out: Forward "hits" to the President and prep for payout.
🛠️ WHAT YOU BRING
- Hunter Mentality: You don't need a "boss" to tell you to work; the commission is your boss.
- High-Speed Execution: You are a "copy-paste" ninja and Google Sheets expert.
- Portal Proficiency: You can navigate government sites (SAM, Grants.gov) with your eyes closed.
- Veteran/Minority Program Knowledge: Familiarity with SBA or Veteran-owned business perks is a massive plus.

- Start Date: March 1–10, 2026.
- Training: We provide our proprietary 10-state portal map and AGC templates.
- Location: 100% Remote (Must be accessible for Dallas-time syncs).
